GYB2PYB:Adamawa state Coordinator leads women Group Leaders to the GYB2PYB Youth House, signs on to the GYB2PYB project

In the continual bid to expand and gain acceptance from the wider Nigerian Youth and Women Constituencies, the Adamawa State Coordinator, GYB2PYB Youth Support Group visited the National Secretariat and accompanied by; Hajiya Aisha Usman an Executive of the Progressive Women And Youth Support Initiative from Bauchi State alongside Mrs Hanatu Aboki, a seasoned Journalist and champion of women and Youth Inclusiveness in developmental politics from Nasarawa State.

The delegation was received on behalf of the Director General, by the National Secretary GYB2PYB YOUTH SUPPORT GROUP; Ms Samuel Joy Ebeben who welcomed the delegation to the office and stated that “it is indeed a new era and a fresh phase loading for Nigeria as women and Youth are daily rising up to the challenge of nation building by becoming actively involved in the process to birthing the dream of a new Nigeria which a Yahaya Adoza Bello presidency is poised to bring to reality”

The two women leaders, stated that the main purpose of visit to the Secretariat is to formally register their support and structures with the GYB2PYB project because they believe, not just by heresy, that GYB will do more to increase women and Youth participation in governance as he has, and is currently doing in Kogi State.

“It is in light of GYB’s giant strides in the area of Women, youth and PLWDs Inclusiveness that we have decided to drum our support for the GYB2PYB project and also mobilize more women, youth and PLWDs for the ongoing APC membership registration and revalidation exercise in our different states and sphere of influence”.

In closing, the National secretary urged for a continuous re-enlightenment and continuous orientation of women, Youth and PLWDs on their all important role in the birth and growth of a safer, stronger and united Nigeria. Whilst also promising the group’s support for intiatives and programs that aims to improve the socio-political growth and development of the women and Youth across the country. “The GYB2PYB project is a steadily moving train and everyone is welcome on board”.

Also present at the meeting were; Hon. Chris Akawu Galadima (the North-East Zonal Coordinator for the GYB2PYB Youth support group); Mr Omale Ben and Mr Adejo Peter, both in the national Secretariat.
