Hon. Sunday Faleke, The Deputy Chief of Staff to Kogi State governor has called on the Muslim community to use the holy month of Ramadan to re-dedicate themselves to Allah and imbibe the lessons of piety, obedience and sacrifice which the Ramadan symbolises and pray for peace in the country.

This was contained in his Ramadan message as Muslims worldwide begin the fasting and the Holy Month.


He Further implored Muslims to seek maximum benefits from the Ramadan period “by being helpful to all manner of people, and follow the true message of the religion as taught by the Holy Prophet”.

Faleke also charged the Muslim faithful to use this period to intercede for God’s intervention in the Coronavirus pandemic.
